During the period of lockdown in country due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, team Dayatva felt education of the students must not suffer. After their safety, their education was the priority. Therefore, team Dayatva came up with the idea of e-learning, making the full use of the quarantine period. Regularly subject videos were shot by the faculty members, edited by the editing team and then sent to the students, so that they can study efficiently even at their homes.
A fixed schedule is prepared by the team, mentioning the days of the week and subjects that is to be taught and the video to be uploaded on that particular day. Faculty members shoot the video prior, as per the schedule. Worksheets are also prepared for the students. Then the video is sent to the editing team. After editing the video and the worksheets are shared with the students through their WhatsApp number. At least one video per day is uploaded and shared with the students to keep their studies in flow. There are some students who don’t have access to internet, for them we arrange doubt solving and mentoring through telephonic conversation, thus having no student left behind without education during this lockdown.
